What Makes the Process Different? 

With same day crowns in Miami, you’ll only need one appointment to complete your smile. An intraoral camera and CAD/CAM technology are used to acquire three-dimensional images of your affected teeth.

Once the model for your crowns is made, a CEREC machine will produce the same day crowns. When it’s complete, your dentist will prepare your teeth to receive the new crowns.

Traditional dental crowns take much longer to make. You’ll need two separate visits for this. The first visit is when your dentist takes an X-ray and an impression of your teeth. The results are sent to the lab where your crowns are made. Once it’s done, usually after two to three weeks, you’ll be asked to come back to replace the temporary crowns you wore.
